In Minden, a total of nine apprentices have started their training (four construction mechanics for equipment engineering, three electronic technicians for industrial engineering, one technical system planner and one IT specialist for system integration). We also welcome our master student Niklas Dohm, who is getting started in the course of studies "Integrated Technology and Systems Development". 

Moreover, we are very pleased that Lasbat Fatungase and Rapheal Obaoye are now part of the MINDA team and that we can accompany them on their way to an apprenticeship.  

In Stadthagen, three trainees have started in the fields of industrial clerk, metal construction and with a vocational preparation year for metal work. 

Finally, in Tangermuende, three young trainees have started their training: construction mechanics, electronics for automation technology and industrial mechanics.
